This vintage 1940’s era phone makes the perfect conversation piece…well, the plants have taken over the receiver, but you know what I mean. And you can still experience the satisfaction of dialing a number. Interestingly, everyone I’ve shown this piece to has dialed their childhood home phone number.

Inspired by the simple act of calling a friend or the many nights waiting for that special someone to call. I’ve added a garden of soft pink floral, vibrant greenery, ferns and a deep green succulent. Call it my memorial to the way a generation communicated with each other.
