Amy started Mrs. D’s Canned Goods in 2015 just outside of Kent Bridge. As a child, she enjoyed watching her mom and mémé can fruit every summer and has since carried on this tradition with her own children. Before starting her business, Amy canned jams and jellies and gave them away to friends and family during the holidays and as gifts. With encouragement from friends and family, Amy started making and selling jams, jellies, sauces, and preserves all over Chatham-Kent at select stores and markets. All Mrs. D’s Canned Goods products are made in the inspected kitchen at Roesch Meats & More.
