Shipping policy

The LUVLOCAL platform offers shipping and delivery directly to your doorstep with a simple click. Once you complete your checkout process, you will receive your purchase within 3-5 days to your doorstep (unless stated otherwise).

For non-perishable items, items will be left on your doorstep or in your mailbox (if it can fit and if a mailbox is available). For perishable items, you must be home to receive the product in hand or provide instructions for leaving it securely and temperature-controlled at your door.

We strive for accuracy in both copy and illustration, but some items may not be shipped exactly as depicted or described on the website. We reserve the right to correct errors. Prices, product descriptions, and product availability are subject to change, but we will do our best to update the website accordingly and in a timely fashion to reflect these changes.

DELIVERY

• Deliveries will occur between 9 am and 9 pm during the week
• A delivery charge applies
• We deliver across Ontario and ship across Canada and the US.
• Some vendors do permit pick-up from a specified location at select hours.
• For perishable food, we use insulated bags to ensure safe transport of your item(s)
