Always Grateful

This bright and cheery fall design will give a daily reminder of all there is to be grateful for. Tucked in the upcycled metal pocket are faux succulents and plants with sweet little pumpkins and a painted driftwood piece. The wood plaque has two ways to hang on the wall – thick twine or hidden clip to rest on a nail or screw.
