Bowl, Sea Urchin

Inspired by the mysterious beauty of the ocean floor, this one-of-a-kind handmade stoneware bowl captures the distinctive character of a sea urchin. Its organic form is surrounded by dramatic textural spines that project outward from the bowl, creating an intriguing silhouette and an almost sculptural presence.

Hand formed from rich black-brown clay, the bowl is intentionally full of texture and movement. A satin white glaze softly coats the surface, breaking over the raised details and recesses to beautifully emphasize every spine, ridge, and impression. Where the glaze thins and breaks, glimpses of the darker clay beneath add depth and contrast.
