Giraffe Flutters Art Print

The Story Behind The Art:

Giraffe Flutters was created as a gift for someone very special to me, who had been asking me to paint them a giraffe for years. And after years of promising I'd get around to it, I finally did!

But I wanted this painting to be more than just a giraffe. I wanted to create something that carried a little extra love and meaning, something that could offer comfort and encouragement through life's more difficult moments.

The giraffe itself became a symbol of perspective and finding the strength to look beyond what's right in front of us and remember the bigger picture. The monarch butterflies were included as a symbol of transformation and to represent loved ones who are no longer with us, while the small, subtle heart-shaped spots are a reminder of the love and memories we carry with us from our time with them.

This piece will always hold a special place in my heart, not just because of who I created it for, but because of the love and intention that went into every little detail.
